Established in 1915, this fund was set up for the development of Afrikaans, and the Stellenbosch area.
The final logo features the Jannie Marais House, situated at Coetzenburg. While the initial logo was more detailed, it was decided to simplify it to increase legibility at smaller size. The use of a modern sans-serif font, and simple yet elegant colours, ensures that logo will stay fresh and modern for years to come.
